e3 Weight Management System is Glen’s concept and formula for success, as it focuses on three principals: Eating, Exercise and Education. The secret to controlling body composition and weight loss is balanced energy.

Services

In order to effectively lose weight or change your body composition, it is necessary to address both exercise and nutrition. Your path to obtain ultimate sports performance or simply live a health lifestyle revolves around eating, exercise, and education. 

EATING – Glen will ensure everyone reaches their goals by calculating how many calories need to be consumed by each individual on a daily basis, putting each meal in the proper percentages of protein, carbs and fats while making sure the timing of each meal is optimal for satiety and performance. A customized meal template with your favorite foods will be provided.  

EXERCISE – Glen will explain how increased daily activity, different types of intensities of exercise will help you maximize your daily caloric intake. You will receive an individualized activity program. 

EDUCATION – Weekly consultations will supply you with the knowledge, support and motivation needed to succeed. Your individualized plan is based on the scientific equation used to permanently change your body and improve your health.

Whats On-Call?

Glen is always saying, “If you eat then I can help you.” Since we are constantly making choices about food, we thought it would be beneficial to have your nutritionist On-Call when you are out and about. Whether you are out on a business dinner, a Sports Bar or simply grocery shopping, we want to be there to offer the support you need to help achieve your goals. It is simple, we are just a text away. 

What’s House-Call?

It’s a virtual home visit conveniently done via Skype or a conference call platform. We can hold one-on-one or family sessions. For some, a Nutrition Accountability Group may work well, having friends to support and help each other achieve the goals you have set is a great idea!

Glen provides consultation services online via Facetime, Facebook & Skype. You can book anytime and enjoy a session from the comfort fo your home. This is a great way to reduce the white coat syndrome, relax and get on the road to a healthier life and way of eating by managing your weight.
